PO Film & Encapsulation Film
Introduction of PO Film & Encapsulation Film Polyolefins are the most widely used materials in the plastics industry. The primary reasons for this include the well-developed petrochemical industry, which provides an ample supply of olefin-based raw materials; advanced polymerization technologies, with the inventors of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) polymerization processes and catalysts, Ziegler and Natta, both having won Nobel Prizes; excellent material properties coupled with low cost; and the inherent safety and non-toxicity of polyolefin materials. Although polyolefins are not easily degradable, they can be recycled multiple times, and the final products of their combustion are essentially CO2 and some simple hydrocarbon compounds. In this sense, polyolefins are truly green and environmentally friendly materials. In recent years, due to the advent of metallocene catalysts, particularly single-site catalysts, the polyolefin material family has significantly expanded, introducing many high-performance elastomers (Polyolefin Elastomers) and plastomers (Polyolefin Plastomers), offering a wide variety of types and rich properties. Hangzhou Foremost Material Technology Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Fumo Tech) has developed a series of super weather-resistant polyolefin co-extruded films. These films can pass accelerated aging tests in laboratory conditions, enduring QUV 300KWh and damp heat 75KWh radiation doses (film product thickness range 60-360um), and have been proven effective in outdoor applications. Building on this, by blending or co-extruding with heat-resistant materials, heat-resistant spot polyolefin backsheets have been produced; by combining with fiberglass materials, structural backsheets have been created; and by mixing with high-reflectivity pigments, weather-resistant high-reflectivity films have been developed for use in module gap reflection and ground reflection in power stations to enhance power generation efficiency. In the building materials and automotive sectors, we have developed decorative polyolefin films that can be aqueous-printed, wrapped and vacuum-moulded. This film product can be co-extruded with BondstronTM laminates or co-extruded to create laminated polyolefin films with high strength adhesion to substrates such as metal, glass, and wood. Additionally, Fumo Tech has collaborated with a renowned domestic film company to develop a full range of photovoltaic film products, including general and special items.
